but i downloaded a version on dashadyspot.com but they said that that was the un-masterd version or something like that and that the masterd version will be out realy soon

Does the one you downloaded say "Lil Wayne HQ.COM" every minute? If so, that's the unmastered version. The mastered version you can find in the Singles section of this site.
