So guys, whatchu doin at the gym?

Me i stopped lifting and got fat and weak, ive been back in for a month and back to my old strength, i have retouched my peak and on some body parts i am by far excelling.

My incline leg push(you push up) is around 150 12 reps 3 sets, calf press 100-120 12 reps 3 sets, my shoulder shrugs are 40 kgs, bicep curling 20 now, machine shoulder press 60, military pressing 20(turrible, but i do it on the ball for core)

doin work man keep it up. my lazy ass doesnt do much of anything on working out but go run around the neighbor,some push ups, sit ups, lifting some weights at home an thats about it unless the girl wants to play Wii Fit. I stay in shape pretty good so i dont have to go out an do all that shit.

30 mins of cardio everyday... switch off arms and chest one day and legs the other but i do abs everyday with the 2 machines my gym has... everything i do is 3 sets of 10. tricep curl 100lbs pecs at 150lbs incline press 150lbs vertical chest at 125lbs lat pulldown 125 lbs... calfs at 240lbs leg press 350lbs leg curl 125 lbs...and i do hip adduction and abductuon at 150lbs as well

Ljyankee just made me look frail...i need tips on the triceps man, i do the pull down, dips and tricep presses and they still are tiny...

honestly triceps curl and pull down r good enough. its gonna take time ya know.. wont see results overnight... i know it can be frustrating.. there are periods where u dont see much improvement.. but its there trust me...add sum protein in ur diet.. everytime im done with my workout i take isopure (no calories) and it tastes good then i do a bar for a meal for lunch. once u add protein itll make u stronger when u work out then u can add more weights and add more muscle definition on ur arms and tri's

My rough new work out plan.

Monday
40 mins Joga
20 mins cardio (cross-trainer, rope or treadmill)

Tuesday
30 mins outdoor run
100 crunches
2 mins plank

Wednesday
2 hours dancing (varied styles but mostly hip hop)

Thursday
Joga

Friday
60 mins outdoor run
150 crunches
2 mins plank

Saturday
60 mins outdoor run
150 crunches
2 mins plank

Sunday
Rest

I lift a spoon for 30 reps for breakfast, and I gradually increase that rate during other meals.
